First product….the Pastel Goth Eyeshadow Palette:
Now…I knew about this product, especially being that I follow the Kat Von D Beauty account on Instagram. I am definitely interested in purchasing this palette. Unfortunately it’s sold out on her website, but it’s available on Sephora. It was released last Friday, but will be in Sephora stores on January 27th! Thankfully some swatches were done because you know you just can’t go by promo photos online, unless you want to take that chance! There’s also a giveaway going on right now until January 11th! I hope I win, LOL.
Next, is the Lock-It Makeup Setting Spray:
I’ve already discussed that Make Up For Ever’s Mist & Fix was my bae, but I won’t front and act like this doesn’t intrigue me. Especially if the description is:
What it is:
A refreshing, weightless micro-mist that locks in makeup for up to 24 hours—a full eight hours longer than other setting sprays.
Lock-It Makeup Setting Mist has an unstoppable formula with a luxurious, soft mist for an upgraded experience. The advanced misting system features an aerosol-alternative sprayer to deliver the continuous fine mist of an aerosol in an environmentally friendly format. This refreshing, weightless spray keeps your makeup looking fresh and vibrant for a up to 24-hours. Ideal for all skin types, it is powerful enough to lock-in looks yet light enough to wear all day, every day. Skin stays comfortable with a blend of naturally refreshing ingredients and a light cucumber scent for an instant boost. It feels totally undetectable on the skin, with no tightness or sticky residue.
Last, is the Lock-It Setting Powder:
At first, I thought I was trippin’ when I saw this listed in “What’s New” section, thinking why would they add an already added product to that section. Then, I realized that it’s a much smaller size of the original Setting Powder. The photo even looks different than the regular-sized one. I thought this would be the same size as the Lock-it Brightening powder (this is .19 oz)…but it’s actually smaller than the Lock-It Brightening Powder, which is .21 oz. I guess that’s good for those who only want to set their eye area and don’t need much. It also provides a more “translucent” option, but the ingredients are different than the Brightening Powder. I personally prefer Talc setting powders.
I was going to mention the Alchemist palette (since it’s in the “What’s New?” section), but it’s technically not “new” new. LOL. I already have it too.
Do you plan on getting anything from Kat Von D Beauty?
